comes to Personal Hygiene it has some valuable advice:
Personal Hygiene
A Physicians Ten Commandments
- Keep a clean mind in a clean
body.
- Keep regular hours for meals,
sleep, work and play.
- Keep your temper, and avoid all
excesses.
- Don’t coddle your body, but clothe
it loosely, lightly and warmly.
- Drink water and milk, but see
they are pure,
- Eat of the fruits of the earth,
ripened by the sun.
- Take care of your teeth and
visit the dentist regularly.
- If your eyes trouble you see an
oculist at once.
- Get to know your body
thoroughly and never over tax it.
- Take daily exercise in the open
air and breathe deeply.

Thank you for the idea for personal hygiene.
On top of your recommendation, I would like to suggest "Bidet4me" Electric Bidet E-200A. I have it and it works perfectly as what I saw on last trip to Japan(many functions) which includes, water heat & seat temperature adjust control, nozzle selection (for Male, Female, and kid), LED light, Dryer, Deodorizer, and more....
PS: using water to clean does help below medical conditions..
Feminine Hygiene,
Pregnancy and postpartum hygiene,
Chronic Urinary Tract Infections (Cystitis and Urethritis),
Hemorrhoids Diarrhea and Dysentery,
Constipation,
Elderly and Physically-Challenged.
I would like to suggest people who care of personal hygiene should get it.
